HIGH INTENSITY(LH
8100 Series)
LH 8100 Series, the reflective sheeting with high-brightness and excellent
light sensibility, are especially useful for road signs and traffic
safety signs directly related to drivers' safety. Owing to excellent
durability, they maintain more than 80% of initial reflective performance
up to 5years after exposure to outdoor conditions. Their reflectivity
is maintained up to 10years after installation.In dangerous areas,
especially in areas of unsettled weather, their excellent reflectivity
will be very helpful in preventing you from any potential dangers.
Features
With amazing recurrent reflective effect, LG Chem’s products show
excellent reflectivity,compared to existing reflective products. Since,
for face reflection as well as side reflection, they provide brighter
vision from farther distance, they will be the guides for safety driving.
As the reflective sheeting are exposed to outdoor conditions, Their
durability is also very important. Through various experiments on
durability of Luckylite reflective series, it was proved that they
maintain excellent reflective performance even when exposed to outdoor
conditions for long period. Moreover,they showed excellent properties
in the experiments of chemical-resistance, heat-resistance and cold-resistance,
humidity-resistance, with strong adhesive strength. They were proved
to remain clear and intact for long time.

Usages

ZONE GRADE(LH 8000W Series)
Work Zone Grade is an encapsulated and flexible reflective sheeting,
consisting of millions of high reflective micro glass beads embedded
evenly in strong and excellent weather resistant, transparent plastic
substrate. This product shows excellent reflective and durability
performance, along with superb color uniformity.

COMMERCIAL GRADE (LL5000 Series, PET Type)
LL5000 Series are reflective sheeting with the brightness used for commercial grade Traffic sign products with durablility 3~5 years.
The film consists of a layer of microscopic glass beads of high optical quality embedded in a coloured film and react as lenses.
A metallized back provides the mirror surface for reflection.
This highly flexible film can be applied on flat, curved of corrugated surfaces and on rivets. It can be screenprinted or used for computer aided signage.

Adhesive : solvent based permanent acrylic adhesive
