Introduction
MOOJIN PVC film
Given its many fine features such as transparency, bright coloring, strength, chemical resistance and ease of processing, rigid PVC film has been extensively applied in packaging, manufacturing of sationery supply, building materials and ornaments. Products that are processed from rigid PVC film are intimately associated with our daily life.
Rigid PVC film can come in many colors, both clear and opaque. With omst advanced calenders, they can be embossed with various grains and patterns, feelings as vivid as real printing and embossing. With vacuum evaporated coating equipment, rigid PVC film can be processed into electroplated film that is brightly colored with a metallic luster and feel.
Through the continuous study of new formulations and the upgrade of processing technology, we are able to improve the quality of our rigid PVC film products in the aspects of transparency, surface gloss, impact strength and workability. These efforts also enable us to work on the development of special-purpose products, such as non-texic film for food packing, the film with its material and color resembling natural leaf, and the film for printing, that produces quality on a par with regular paper and so on.
